Spaghetti bolognese - recipe (recipe ibu)

Assalamualaikum,


Hye everyone! post kali ni is about recipe lagi. Pavlova dah, cheesecake/cheesecuits dah..
So, now spaghetti punya turn pulak. This time , the recipe bukan godeh godeh kat internet ke apa but from my talented Ibu. Why spaghetti? sebab it's my favourite so okay la kan!? haha k dah dah bebel.


Lets start with the recipe.

Ingredients yang diperlukan:


  • Seulas bawang putih
  • Sebiji bawang merah
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoon
  • garam 1 teaspoon
  • Daging cincang (beef minced meat- ramlee 3 packs/ayamas 2 packs) 
  • Kimball spaghetti sauce - tradisional (2 jars)
  • Oregano/spices (yang macam serbuk)
  • gula (sesedap rasa)
  • tomato sauce (optional)
  • button mushroom (if yang dah sliced pun no problemo)
  • pasta spaghetti

Those are the ingredients. So easy to get meh.. lets cook. because it's also easy peasy cheesy.

Gravy process

1. First of all, unpack minced meats and kirai kirai kan dia ( gaul kan bagi dia hancur sebab kalau dalam pack tu dia macam mampat sangat.) 

2. Then, periuk yang nak buat gravy tu kena panas kan dulu and pour kan olive oil. Api kena kecik je tau.. nanti bila nak tumis bawang hangus pulak.Next, potong bawang putih and merah. Yang putih just chop kecik kecik and bawang merah potong macam small cubes. 

3. Tumis kan bawang bawang dalam periuk and add up garam like half of teaspoon. Add up oregano/spices so that naik bau aroma spaghetti tu. After 3 minutes macam tu masukkan minced meats dalam periuk and gaul kan dengan bawang yang dah di tumis.Gaul sampai minced meats bertukar colour from pink/maroon tu brownish sikit.

4. Lepas tu, masukkan kimball sauce tu 1 and a half jars .. but depends nak letak 2 pun okay :) (boleh masukkan half air suam dalam jar kimball sauce yang dah dikosongkan and goncangkan.. tuang air tu slow slow dalam periuk - ni pun optional) gaul gaul sikit lepastu.


5.  Now its time for your own experiment. Add up gula garam secukup rasa.. gaul sikit sikit je and tunggu dia menggelegak sikit (boiling). agak agak dah 5 minutes.... buka tin button mushroom tu and tuskan (tapiskan) untuk buang air dalam dia and terus masukkan dalam gravy. Gaul gaul lagi ~~ haha banyak nya gaul :p

6. Eh dah siap!

1. hehehe ada lagi sikit je lagi process ni ... boiled je pasta macam biasa. Once dah menggelegak, dia akan keluar buih putih putih from pasta tu sendiri.  A lil secret tips*   ambik sikit air pasta tu -guna senduk- and mix kan dalam gravy tu (kata orang macam nak bagi rasa gravy and pasta tu combine.. hehe gitu~)

ni hasil cooking nya . 

nak ngada ngada lagi, beli la cheese yang serbuk tu. tabur tabur sikit. dah macam kedai. yay!


Okay! dah habisss. Habis pun akhirnya  haha
